How I help teams make better hiring decisions

I don’t replace internal teams or search partners. I sit alongside them by providing independent talent intelligence that sharpens judgement, reduces risk, and increases confidence before decisions are made.

Independent talent research

I build an objective view of the relevant talent market, who exists at a given level, where they sit, how they’re positioned, and what’s realistically achievable within the constraints of the role.

Realistic market insight

That research is translated into grounded insight: how strong the market actually is, where expectations may need adjusting, and what trade-offs are likely before time or credibility is lost.

Properly qualified candidate conversations

Where appropriate, I speak directly with candidates, not to “sell” a role, but to test substance, motivation, and alignment so, adding real signal beyond what a CV or surface level screening can provide.

The result is clearer thinking, stronger conviction, and better decisions, whether you’re hiring directly or working with a trusted search partner.
