All engagements are scoped clearly in advance and priced on a fixed-fee basis. The ranges below are provided for transparency and to help set expectations, but, final scope is always agreed before work begins.

 

I don’t work on contingency, and I don’t price by volume or hours. Fees reflect the level of judgement, independence, and insight required to support high impact hiring decisions.

Often used to strengthen retained searches, support confidential hires, or add rigour alongside existing processes.

Qualified Candidate Conversations

From £1,500

Independent conversations designed to add signal where paper profiles fall short.

Typically includes:

​

  • Structured, role-relevant candidate discussions

  • Insight into motivation, decision drivers, and alignment

  • Clear, objective feedback not advocacy​

Usually scoped as an add-on to research work, or as a standalone engagement where deeper validation is needed.

Decision Support & Advisory

From £1,500
